This policy explains how Tyler Jones, affiliated with CENTURY 21 Scheetz, uses information collected through the Tyler Jones Realty move-plan website.
Information collected
When you request a move plan, we collect your name, email address, property address, moving timeframe, next-home priorities, and any optional phone number or notes you provide. We record the submission time and campaign identifiers included in the page URL. Please do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, payment details, or sensitive financial documents.
The proceeds calculator runs in your browser. Its sale-price, mortgage-payoff, and expense inputs are not sent with your request. For abuse prevention, the request service uses a keyed hash of your network address and short-lived request counters. Hosting providers may also process technical access and security logs.
How information is used
We use your request to prepare and discuss a personalized move plan, respond to your questions, send a transactional confirmation, notify Tyler of your inquiry, and manage related tasks in his private Agent Hub. A backup record is retained in the website database. Transactional emails are triggered when your request is submitted, including overnight. Email delivery can be delayed by provider limits or interruptions. Agent Hub task updates are processed separately.
Service providers and sharing
Information is processed through the website hosting and database services provided through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare, Google Gmail and Google Apps Script for transactional email and a private delivery-status log, and the tools used to operate the private Agent Hub and workflow automation. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Information may also be shared when needed to respond to your request, at your direction, or to meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell move-plan submissions or share them for unrelated advertising.
Contact choices
Submitting authorizes Tyler to respond by email and, if supplied, phone about your request. It does not enroll you in an automated marketing text program or obligate you to buy or sell. You may ask Tyler to stop further contact. Any future marketing enrollment will be addressed separately.
Cookies, fonts, and advertising
This version has no advertising pixels or nonessential analytics configured. Hosting or administrator sign-in services may use necessary cookies. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves requests to Google’s servers. If advertising or analytics tools are added later, this policy and applicable consent controls will be updated before those tools are enabled.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry records while reasonably needed to respond, maintain an ongoing relationship, operate the workflow, or satisfy applicable legal and brokerage obligations. Request-limit counters expire on a rolling basis and are cleaned up when new requests are processed. You may request access, correction, or deletion, or withdraw contact permission, by emailing tylerjonesrealty@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before acting. Deletion requests are reviewed across the website record, related email copies, and Agent Hub records, subject to legal obligations and provider retention or backup limitations.
Security
We use access controls, server-side validation, limited form collection, and abuse-prevention measures. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please contact Tyler if you believe information has been submitted or accessed improperly.
